Butera Art Advisory provides collection management assistance for every area of our client’s collections, from inventorying existing holdings to coordinating storage, transportation, and/or arranging conservation of works.

Clients also have access to our team’s extensive network of art professionals, including conservators, authenticators, handlers, and shipping and storage firms.

Services include:

  • establishing an inventory of objects;
  • organizing and digitizing all related documentation, including purchase receipts and invoices, exhibition history, literature references and condition and conservation reports;
  • overseeing preservation and care of items through condition reporting and facilitating conservation and restoration, as needed;
  • arrange authentication by appropriate experts, as needed;
  • coordinate necessary logistics, including framing, packing, shipping, and/or installation by the appropriate experts; and
  • managing donations and/or exhibition loans.

Over the course of several years, Butera Art Advisory has managed and appraised my art collection including contemporary art, oriental rugs, Tiffany glass and jewelry.
