  • creating an inventory;
  • organizing and digitizing all documentation related to the objects and the collection including purchase receipts and invoices, exhibition history, literature references and condition and conservation reports;
  • overseeing preservation and care of items through condition reporting and facilitating conservation and restoration;
  • arranging packing, shipping, installation, framing and authentication by the appropriate experts; and
  • managing donations and/or exhibition loans.
