Butera Art Advisory and Management, LLC works with families, attorneys, bankers, family offices and fiduciaries to assist during the appraisal and disposition of fine art, decorative art, antiques, jewelry, collectibles, fine and rare wine, books and manuscripts, classic cars and motorcycles and other personal property. We serve as an independent, objective and trusted advisor during the estate planning and administration process.
Butera Art Advisory has extensive experience in providing fair market value appraisals for estate planning and estate purposes. Our appraisals can aid in the decision-making process pertaining to the equitable division of property among heirs and beneficiaries and can also be submitted to the IRS for estate fillings.
Butera Art Advisory can also facilitate the sale of items from the collection in the Estate. Butera Art Advisory aims to help our clients meet their sales goals by maximizing proceeds and by achieving any other objectives which may include charitable endeavors or honoring the family collecting legacy.
We can provide a complimentary initial assessment of the collection, either by an in-person walk-through or via photographs, to determine the presence of valuables. We will prepare a recommended action plan for the appraisal, possible sales process, and an estimated cost for the appraisal.
