About the Speakers
Alanna Butera is President and Head of Appraisals and Advisory at Butera Art Advisory, which is headquartered in New York City with offices in Summit, NJ and the Philadelphia Main Line. In addition to her role at BAAM, Alanna is the Senior Art Advisor at AltaView Advisors, LLC, a national business valuation and real estate appraisal firm.
Alanna works with attorneys, wealth advisors, accountants, insurance brokers, and private collectors on appraisals, sales advisory and collection management. Alanna and her experienced team of specialists provide art related services to clients in all collecting areas, including fine and decorative art, jewelry, watches, classic cars and motorcycles, fine and rare wine and spirits, coins and other collectibles.
Hayden Kopser serves as President and Co-Founder of North Improvement, LLC, a boutique risk advisory and insurance brokerage firm. A self-taught app developer and art lover, he specializes in protecting high-net-worth families and their collections from modern risks.
Prior to co-founding North Improvement, Hayden served in numerous roles of increasing authority at AIG, primarily within its Private Client Group. In addition to his work at AIG, Hayden also designed, developed, and released seven iPhone/iPad apps through his company Kopser Software, LLC.
